Politically, it has made Singapore more known to the other countries as they invite regional and international artist to Singapore for the performances and exchange. It will also attract more visitors to attend the event and thus, this would lead to jobs being created. Being more well known to the world, more people would be willing to invest in Singapore and this would help Singapore to bring in more development of new ideas with more budget.

Economically, as more visitors visit Singapore, more tourism revenue would be generated and visitors might extend their stay just to take a look at what is happening at The Arts Festival. Business opportunities might also be created as The Arts Festivals allows the Singapore to showcase their expertise with a strong platform and this might attract potential investors that might be interested to work with the National Arts Council to bring in more activities and events into Singapore.

Social-culturally, there is cohesion building when Singaporeans come together to bring up this event as they have got a shared entertainment experience. This would also increase pride of the people who are involved and to a certain extent, the rest of the people in Singapore. Lastly, it could broaden people's culture as they are to new and challenging people, custom or ideas.

The amount of tourism benefits received by Singapore is more of the advantages to the people in the tourism industry. The amount of jobs created and the social benefits that they receive. However, the government could also work with more countries and thus, be able to bring in more revenue for the country.
