Marketing Mission or Goals.
Singapore.
To celebrate local arts in Singapore and allow an exchange of arts culture between the local and foreign artists.

Perth.
To continue the tradition of excellence arts in Perth and to celebrate the diversity of the community.


The goal of both festivals is to promote local arts in their own community to let more people know about them.

Market Segmentation.
Singapore.
Target market is people who are interested in arts and wants to take part in. The theatre performances are target middle income earners and schools as there are 11 arts education program and given discounted rates as they purchase quite a number of tickets at one go. It is also to attract foreigner who are interested in art to boost tourism industry.

Perth.
Main target market is the also those who are interested in arts and theatre performance is for middle income earners that are able to afford the tickets. They want to attract as many people from as many countries worldwide to make the festival well-known.

Both festivals have a common target market which is the people who appreciates arts and to help increase tourism receipts.

Sponsors.
Singapore.
Mainly local sponsors that is quite well-known locally.
Some major sponsors are:
- Vivo City - which provided the space for some of the exhibitions.
- Singapore Public Utility Board (PUB) - which provided the Marina Barrage for the opening ceremony.
- Urban Redevelopment Authority.
- Singapore Mass Rapid Transport (SMRT) - which provided the shuttle service between Marina Bay MRT station and Marina Barrage.

Perth.
Some major sponsors:
- BHP Billiton.
- Block Branding.
- URS Asia Pacific.
- Mc InerneyFord.
- The Sunday Times.
- Duxton Hotel Perth.

Singapore's sponsors are mainly providing them with space to hold the events and for transportation. Perth's Sponsors are more of advertising as, for example, The Sunday Times is media publications.
